MyVpro.com has a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items. However, certain items are non-returnable, including e-liquids, open pods/cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers/tanks, disposable pod systems, and rechargeable batteries. If a non-defective item is opened and used, it is not eligible for return. For unopened or unused items, returns are accepted with no restocking fees.
