MyVpro.com has a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items. However, certain items are non-returnable, including e-liquids, open pods/cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers/tanks, disposable pod systems, and rechargeable batteries. If a non-defective item is opened and used, it is not eligible for return. For unopened or unused items, returns are accepted with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there are no service fees.
In terms of their shipping policy, there is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for shipment within 24 business hours. They strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping.
For pre-orders, they handle them differently than regular orders. Typically, they hold onto the payment and send out the pre-ordered product as soon as it comes into their stock. If you order other regularly stocked products with your pre-order, by default they wait until the pre-order product comes in before sending out the entire order. All pre-orders are final and no refunds will be offered on pre-order products.
Each product purchased directly from their website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase. Please note that all "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to them within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

You may file a claim after 5 days from the day the package was marked delivered because it is common that the package is scanned as delivered but not show up for a few days. Please note, the stolen claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.
